Cynthia Reed-Robinson - CIO
Ms. Reed-Robinson, Chief Information Officer is an award winning healthcare executive that has expertise in all areas of healthcare from operations to technology. Cynthia has demonstrated success in the health care field as both an administrator and consultant for over 25 years. In that time she has worked in single and multi-specialty practices, health systems, surgical groups and academic medical centers. She has lead with a very hands-on approach to the daily operations of these organizations and has developed proven strategies in the management of all administrative areas. She has specific experience in executive management in the areas of organizational growth and building client relationships, as well as leadership skills in organization and direction of operations and motivating and managing associates.
She was an integral part of creating and implementing an international value added program for Covidien Inc. (formerly Tyco Healthcare). She has more than 25 years of experience in creating and implementing strategies to improve the alignment of people, processes, and organizational systems and culture to drive business performance. This has given her extensive experience in the areas of organization development, change management, performance and talent development/management, diversity and inclusion, quality and business process improvement, and employee engagement.
Her experience also includes the technology aspects in the healthcare industry. She has a reputation for developing, coaching, and leading others to greater levels of skill and performance, and has worked to promote cooperation across organizational and team boundaries to drive change and excellence. Ms. Reed-Robinson received a B. A. in Business Administration from San Jose State University and an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from Control Data Institute as well as her Master degree from UCSF in Health Care Administration.
